The Maniac Dead is a two friend project in were we sit down and make a big brainstorming around an idea that was spinning around our imagination "What would happen if we mix an RTS with different fight modes in a world of zombie apocalypsis?". Some ideas were set up as premises and others were debated and tested for much of the time we've been doing the prototype.
Many ideas were implemented and then withdrawn to enter new ones or increase the importance of those that were already. The truth is that the idea is quite complex and a lot of the time we dedicate to test the synergy of all the content that we wanted to implement in the game.

After 10 months of part time development we are working now on the demo, much of the central mechanics of the game are implemented. We need to test and polish several details to make The Maniac Dead look and feel as we see it and feel it in our imagination.
